The Cluster Nanotechnology  and the Munich Biotech Cluster m4 have jointly developed a tailor-made range of support services that provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) an uncomplicated and low-threshold access to professional technology communication.

The project was funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) from January to October 2015 as part of the call for proposals for the "Promotion of cross-clustering cooperation" of the "go-cluster" programme. Initially, the cluster management was networked and subsequently expanded with external know-how providers. Dr. Antje Grobe and her team from DIALOG BASIS were consulted as experts to contribute their more than 20 years of communication experience in technology debates and innovation processes. Together they developed a selection of communication options and procedures for concrete starting situations.
